3D Object Photography

TownsWeb Archiving’s 3D object photography service uses experienced technicians who are experts in capturing your valuable objects either by taking a series of 2D photographs to create a flat 2D image, or through 3D geometric imagery, using a turntable to take images at every 10 degrees. These are then imported into a system that enables the rotation and manipulation of the object image.

Capturing your items using 3D photography is a prudent step, bringing your objects to life in a totally new and exciting dimension, and protecting every intricate detail from the risk of loss or damage, making your items quickly and more flexibly accessible.

All content is captured by our highly trained technicians before undergoing a formal quality assurance checking procedure. The final step in the process is the delivery of your electronic files by hard drive.
