PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Due to recent company growth, TownsWeb Archiving Ltd (TWA) is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to promote our brand and services, and support the acquisition of leads, through online campaigns.
This position involves the implementation of all manner of digital channels; including blogging and content marketing, social media, email marketing, organic search (SEO) and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
The successful Digital Marketing Executive will be an exceptional communicator, highly energetic, engaging with a wide range of audiences, communicating events and concepts with intelligence and insight. Your personal values will also align with those of which TWA considers essential in all dealings with clients and employees; integrity, empathy and trust.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Working closely with our Content Marketing Executive to deliver campaigns
- Communicating with the wider company sales, studio technicians and developers to support and promote their outputs
- Blogging: Working closely with our Content Marketing Executive to plan, build and promote case studies, industry news and resources
- Email marketing: Creating campaigns to promote content, initiatives and events
- SEO: Optimising websites to rank highly in organic search
- Social media: Managing our social presence and promoting campaigns across social platforms
- Website: Updating and maintaining three service websites via the content management systems (WordPress)
- Graphic design: Working closely with our Content Marketing Executive and sales team to create graphics to support various websites and offline resources, inline with the business brand guidelines
- Lead generation: Generate inbound leads to contribute to achieving business growth targets
- Reporting: Analysis and reporting on campaigns and marketing KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS
Desirable- A degree or similar level qualification in marketing/public relations/journalism or similar
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Essential- At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing position (in-house or agency)
- Demonstrable record of running successful digital marketing initiatives
- Experience using a CMS system (such as WordPress)
- Experience using email marketing software (such as MailChimp)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience using HTML & CSS
- Experience using HubSpot (or a similar CRM system)
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
- Experience implementing SEO and CRO strategies to develop marketing KPIs
