    • Summary: An in-person session will explore the principles and practical techniques behind high-quality cultural heritage digitisation. Drawing on proven approaches used at the highest level of capture quality, John Wallace will explain how the same standards, workflows, and techniques can be applied to a wide range of camera and copy stand setups. The session will cover the purpose of digitisation, common standards such as FADGI and ISO, colour management and quality control, and equipment setups for film and flat material, concluding with a practical demonstration of camera scanning for film and flat art.     • Summary: “How to Write a Winning TownsWeb Digitisation Grant Application”. Join TownsWeb, for a practical session on how to maximise the chances of submitting a successful TWA Digitisation Grant application. This year marks a special milestone for TownsWeb, which is celebrating both its 20th anniversary and the 10th year of its annual Digitisation Grant programme. Over the past decade, the grant has supported more than 135 organisations and awarded over ÂŁ200,000 in funding to help preserve and improve access to valuable collections. To celebrate this anniversary year, the funding has been significantly increased, with 10 grants of ÂŁ3,000 available instead of the usual three.
