Susan Hallam is your consultant. She is the Managing Director of an Internet marketing agency which she established in 1999. She has an MSc in Information Science and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Information Scientists. Her previous experience includes senior Internet marketing roles at BT and Capital One, and she was a Senior Lecturer in Computing at Nottingham Trent University where she continues to guest lecture. She is a regular speaker at industry conferences, and has spoken at the Online Information conference, and at PRISM, the global trade association for information management companies.

This is an ‘introductory’ day where you will be provided with a ‘brief overview’ of each topic. After this consultancy day, Paul Sugden will be provided with a brief synopsis of your current situation and thoughts with regards to Online Promotion. Further days of Consultancy can be requested.
