Chronicle is a system that we have specifically built for Cemeteries & Crematoriums to enable them to administer their records and funeral bookings.

WHAT CAN CHRONICLE DO?

Chronicle has some set functionality, but please remember that it can also be tailored to your own requirements (see below). The set functionality includes the ability to:

  • Set up Cemeteries, Sections and Graves
  • Set up Service Providers (Stone Masons, Funeral Directors etc.)
  • Record deceased records, funeral details & costs against a grave
  • Record grave ownership and purchase costs
  • Link an image to the record (e.g. a digitised page from a Grave Register)
  • Search for records by cemetery, section, grave, name, date & use wild cards
  • View a daily diary of funerals

Additional modules can also be included within the system, such as printing of forms and reports (e.g. interment notices and dig orders etc.).

WHY CHOOSE CHRONICLE?

Unlike other systems on the market it has been designed to be very simple to use and also simple for us to support.

We can tailor the system according to your own requirements. For example you may wish to name fields in a certain way (e.g. use the word 'Lair' instead of 'Grave'); or you may only administer Cemeteries and burials and so we can remove any reference to Crematoriums and cremations.

Chronicle is an 'online' system. It can be accessed from any location that has an internet connection, whether that be at your normal place of work, a satellite office, home or even if you are away on holiday!

You and your staff are given a link, username and password and after passing security checks you are given online access to the system.

Because it is an online system you do not have to worry about buying any specific hardware or software or setting anything up on your internal computer network.

If you would like to open up all or some of your records for the public to view online then this can be specified too.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHRONICLE LITE AND CHRONICLE PRO?

The Lite version is a cut-down version of the Pro version.

Chronicle Lite is a very simple system for recording and maintaining deceased, grave and ownership information.

Chronicle Pro is under development and will offer a full set of administration functionality and with optional 'plug-in' modules.
