One customer, a University, have a unique photographic collection and were looking for a supplier with experience and competance of digitising this very valuable collection.
Having heard about other similar projects that TownsWeb Archiving had worked upon recently and having received a very competitive quotation, TownsWeb Archiving Ltd were chosen to digitise this unique material.
TownsWeb Archiving’s own staff collected and returned the photographs (couriers were not used). The photographs, sized from 6 x 4 up to A4+, were scanned to reproduction quality standard and supplied on a set of DVDs.
The scanning was completed to budget and well within the estimated time-scales.
